At Playroom Collective, we want you to love your curation; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original, sellable condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion accessories and branded tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
